Silver Support package

The Silver Support package is a comprehensive hardware and helpline package that provides you with next day swap-out for any hardware problems, plus you also have access to a 24 hour telephone support helpline.

If you have hardware problems with your firewall at all then you need a replacement unit as soon as possible to keep your network protected. We can offer you a next day replacement unit through our support company, Wick Hill.

You will also be given details for a 24 hour telephone support line that you can call to obtian information relating to any aspect of your firewall setup or operation.

The Silver Support package is just £150 per year for the X500 and X700 models and £250 per year for the X1000 model.
