We
use a combination of both an automated submission program
and manual submissions to search engines that do not
allow automated listings. Our registration package will
make sure that the search engines are aware of your
website and can then add your website URL to their list
of sites to crawl and then add to their results. Even
if you are registered with some of the search engines
already, this package will help to ensure that you are
listed with as many as possible and therefore obtain
the maximum benefit from your website.
In order to submit
a URL to these engines and directories, it is important
to have a description of 25 words or less that best
describes your products / services. In addition, we
will also require a list of keywords or phrases (try
20-30) that may be used when trying to search for your
products / services. These keywords and decription will
also be inserted into your site code as META tags for
retrieval by search engine spiders, if required.
The cost of the
complete site registration package is an initial
fee of just £175+VAT
and then a recurring (and optional) annual fee
of £75+VAT to cover the yearly fees charged
by some directories. This annual fee will also include
us submitting your site details to new search engines
and directories as they are created or become available.
It is not neceesary to keep submitting your details
to search engines that you are already listed on.

NOTE: Our
search engine registration system cannot guarantee listings
with all of the engines (this is currently impossible),
as the actual approval of your site is down to each
individual engine or directory, although it is rare
not to get a listing. What our search engine registration
package will do is submit your details to each engine
so that they are aware of your site address. They will
then visit and list your site according to their own
schedule. The time taken before you start to appear
in the search results for the engines is usually between
2 - 8 weeks on average.
