PHP Developer
We are currently
looking for a PHP Developer to join our technical
development team. The successful applicant will have
initiative, a self-starting and professional attitude
and be willing to work on a variety of different
projects.
You will be tasked with working closely with the
Technical and Creative Directors to originate, design
and develop innovative and complex LAMP (Linux, Apache,
MySQL, PHP) based E-commerce, Content Management
and web2.0 solutions for a range of small- to medium-sized
UK businesses across a variety of markets.
| You will ideally possess the following technical
skills: |
| • Fluency in Object-Oriented PHP5 Development; |
| • Fluency in HTML / XHTML; |
| • Good knowledge of SQL (specifically MySQL); |
| • Good knowledge of CSS; |
| • Good knowledge of Javascript / AJAX; and |
| • Knowledge of Linux / Apache Administration. |
| The following skills
will also prove highly beneficial: |
| • Experience of Zend Studio IDE; |
| • Knowledge of Zend Framework; |
| • Knowledge of jQuery, prototype
and Scriptaculous JS Libraries; |
| • Knowledge of web2.0 APIs (e.g.
Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and GoogleMaps); |
| • Knowledge of Version Control Systems
(specifically Subversion); |
• Experience of Adobe [Macromedia]
Suite (Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Flash - knowledge
of
ActionScript a huge benefit)); and |
| • Cross-browser/platform coding. |
| Working hours: |
Flexible 40 hours between 7am-7pm Monday-Friday |
| Salary: |
£22,000 - £30,000 for full time position,
depending on experience |
