For full colour offset litho or silk
screen printing we use a 50MB CDROM card and the artwork
is printed directly onto the surface of the card rather
than using labels.
The discs themselves are pressed rather
than burnt by laser and so they cannot be supplied as
blank CDs for you to burn your own content onto. The
files for the discs must be included at the same time
as printing.
Our 50MB CDROM discs measure 85mm
x 61mm, although the artwork should include a 3mm bleed
margin and be produced at a resolution of 300dpi using
CMYK colour separation.
Please make sure that font sizes are
no smaller than 6pt and convert them to outlines/vectors
before sending them across to us.
The artwork should preferably be supplied
as an Illustrator or layered PDF file, however we have
also included a PhotoShop file if preferred.

The actual content for the disc should be provided
