8cm DVD duplication and replication

There are two different types of 8cm DVDs that we produce and both are listed on this page. These are duplicated DVDs for smaller production runs (typically 1000 discs or less) and replicated DVDs for larger production runs. We have tried to list the relative benefits, drawbacks, specifications and prices for each type, but please contact us if you require any further information.

1.4GB 8cm DVD duplication
Duplicated DVDs with full colour laser labels

These high capacity circular 8cm DVDs come complete with a full colour glossy laser label and are ideal for print runs of between 50 to 1000 discs (for larger quantities, please view our replicated DVDs below) or for when the discs need to be produced within a few days. These discs are also suitable if your label design includes a wide range of colours or very fine details as the print resolution is very high. These 1.4GB discs can also be supplied labelled, but as blank DVD-Rs for you to burn your own files onto.

1.4GB 8cm DVD replication
Replicated DVDs with silk screen or offset litho printing

These replicated DVDs come with either silk screen printing or offset litho printing and are ideal for larger print runs of 1000 discs or more. The printing for these discs is done directly onto the DVD itself and the discs are produced from a glass master. The replicated DVD process does involve longer production times than the duplicated discs above and so you should allow about 10-12 working days for delivery once the content and artwork has been supplied.
