8cm replicated CD/DVD
artwork templates & specifications
(For Offset Litho or Silk Screen printing)
The print area
on our replicated 8cm CD/DVDs for both full colour
offset litho and silk screen printing measures 78mm
in diameter, although we recommend having a 2mm bleed
around all edges of the print edge, including the central
cut of 22mm. The artwork that you design should therefore
be 82mm in diameter and produced at a resolution of
300dpi for best results.
We have created templates specifically
for 8cm replicated CD/DVDs. Please right click
on a link below and select 'Save Target As...' to download
a template.
Note: these templates are designed for our
replicated discs in orders of 1000 items or more.
If you order is for a quantity of less than 1000
discs then please use our duplicated
8cm CD templates.
Please leave the colour schemes as CMYK.
The artwork and content
can then either be emailed across
to us (if less than 10MB) or posted to:
