If you require a higher storage capacity than the business CDs then our 8cm mini CDs (standard CDs are 12cm diameter) will provide you with 180-210MB of capacity. Wizbit can provide you with a complete production process for 8cm CDs. We can produce the CDs quickly, economically and reliably.

There are two different types of 8cm CDs that we produce and both are listed on this page. These are duplicated CDs for smaller production runs (typically 1000 discs or less) and replicated CDs for larger production runs. We have tried to list the relative benefits, drawbacks, specifications and prices for each type, but please contact us if you require any further information.

210MB 8cm Duplicated CDs
Duplicated CDs with full colour laser labels

These higher capacity circular 8cm CDs are ideal if you want an interesting disc size that catch the eye and a higher capacity than the 50MB business card cds. They come complete with a full colour glossy laser label and are ideal for print runs of between 50 to 5000 discs or for when the discs need to be produced within a few days. These discs are also suitable if your label design includes a wide range of colours or very fine details as the print resolution is very high. These 210MB discs can also be supplied printed, but as blank CD-Rs for you to burn your own files onto.

180MB 8cm Replicated CDs
Replicated CDs with silk screen or offset litho printing

These replicated CDs come with either silk screen printing or offset litho printing and are ideal for larger print runs of 1000 discs or more. The printing for these discs is done directly onto the CD itself and the discs are produced from a glass master. The replicated CD process does involve longer production times than the duplicated discs above and so you should allow about 10-12 working days for delivery once the content and artwork has been supplied.
