Our vinyl CD disc labels
for the cicular 120mm discs measure 65mm in diameter,
although we recommend having a 2.5mm bleed around all
edges of the label, including the central cut. The
label that you design should therefore be 70mm and
produced at a resolution of 600dpi for best results.
We have created templates specifically
for vinyl CDs with the central part of the top surface
printed and the outer part left as vinyl grooves.

Once you have created the artwork in one of the above
vinyl CD templates, please export it as a 100%
JPEG image in either CMYK or RGB for best results.
The artwork and content (if you would like us to burn
the CDs for you, otherwise they can be left blank)
can then either be emailed across
to us (if less than 10MB) or posted to the:

If you are creating a basic canvas
in an image editing program other than Fireworks® or
Photoshop® then your canvas should
measure 1654 x 1654 pixels for a 600dpi image.

The finished wallets measure 124 x
124mm and the general artwork sizes can be seen below:
