12cm CD duplication and replication

If you require the maximum storage capacity on a CD then the standard 12cm circular discs will provide you with 700MB of capacity. Wizbit can provide you with a complete production process for 12cm CDs. We can produce the CDs quickly, economically and reliably.

There are two different types of 12cm CDs that we produce and both are listed on this page. These are duplicated CDs for smaller production runs (typically 1000 discs or less) and replicated CDs for larger production runs. We have tried to list the relative benefits, drawbacks, specifications and prices for each type, but please contact us if you require any further information.

700MB 12cm CD duplication
Duplicated CDs with full colour laser labels

These high capacity circular 12cm CDs are ideal for getting the maximum amount of content onto a standard CD format. They come complete with a full colour glossy laser label and are ideal for print runs of between 50 to 1000 discs (for larger quantities, please view our replicated CDs below) or for when the discs need to be produced within a few days. These discs are also suitable if your artwork design includes a wide range of colours or fine details as the print resolution is very high. These 700MB discs can also be supplied printed, but as blank CD-Rs for you to burn your own files onto.

700MB 12cm CD replication
Replicated CDs with silk screen or offset litho printing

These replicated CDs come with either silk screen printing or offset litho printing and are ideal for larger print runs of 1000 discs or more. The printing for these discs is done directly onto the CD itself and the discs are produced from a glass master. The replicated CD process does involve longer production times than the duplicated discs above and so you should allow about 10-12 working days for delivery once the content and artwork has been supplied.
