These high quality printed card CD digipacks
(also referred to as 'digipaks') are ideal as a lightweight
packaging solution that allows full colour printing
on the four pages of the cardboard case and also on
the disc itself, providing plently of room for track
listings or installation instructions for example.
On the inside right panel there is a crystal clear
disc tray that allows your artwork to show through
from the inside page.
The digipaks are
full colour offset litho printed onto 250gsm white
art card.
This type of packaging is ideal when
you need to post the disc or need them to be durable
as the digipacks are not as brittle or liable to crack
as hard plastic jewel cases. They are also more environmentally friendly than a standard jewel case as they use about 65% less plastic. The CD and DVD digipacks
are particularly popular with musicians and record
labels, although are equally suitable for corporate
marketing materials where additional printed areas
are required over clear plastic wallets or printed
card wallets.
The 12cm CDs or DVDs themselves are
pressed from a glass master and have full colour offset
litho printing directly onto the disc surface for the
best possible quality. The discs are then inserted
into the digipacks.

The above unit
prices include cost of the CD/DVD discs with full
colour printing, the printed card digipacks and the
courier delivery fees to a single UK address. Please contact

 * Please
note that for quantities of less than 500 discs and
digipaks, the digipaks are digitally printed (rather
than litho printed) and the discs are laser printed
CD-R or DVD-R discs. The gloss or silk finish options
are not available for the digipaks, but the wallets
do come with a semi-gloss finish from print process and
the type of card used. For
quantities of less than 500 discs, we can also print
onto recycled stock card for an additional fee of 5p
per digipak.
Production and delivery times are
typically 10-12 working days from receipt of the contents
and artwork for quantities of 500 or more, or 5-6 working
days from receipt of the contents
and artwork for quantities of less than 500 discs.

measure 139 x 125.5mm and the general artwork sizes
can be seen below:
