We can supply printed card CD or DVD
wallets for full size 12cm discs on their own if you
already have the discs to insert (if you would like the CD wallets with CDs included then please click here).
This type of packaging is ideal when
you need to post the disc as the cardboard CD wallets
are not liable to crack (unlike a jewel case for example)
and they are also very lightweight, helping to minimise
any postage costs. The printed card wallets are particularly
popular with musicians and record labels for audio
CDs and promos, although they are also widely used
at trade shows and exhibitions for company handouts.
The printed CD wallets can be either top or side opening
depending on the orientation of your artwork and are
supplied with clear wafer seals to help keep the discs
in place.

The above unit
prices include the cost of full colour printing onto
both sides of the card wallet, a clear wafer seal that
you can apply once the disc is inserted to hold the
disc in place and the courier delivery fees to a single

Production and delivery times are
typically 5-6 working days from receipt of the artwork
and payment.
The finished wallets measure 124 x
124mm and the general artwork sizes can be seen below:
