CD/DVDs in printed card wallets

These high quality printed card CD wallets are
ideal as a lightweight, low cost marketing solution
that allow full colour printing on the front and back
of the wallet and also on the disc itself, providing
plently of room for track listings or installation
instructions for example. They are supplied with either
a gloss or matt (also referred to as 'silk') UV varnish finish
and are full colour offset litho printed onto 250gsm
white art card.
This type of packaging is ideal when
you need to post the disc as the cardboard CD wallets
are not liable to crack (unlike a jewel case for example)
and they are also very lightweight, helping to minimise
any postage costs. The printed card wallets are particularly
popular with musicians, record labels and colleges/universities,
although they are also widely used at trade shows and
exhibitions for company presentations.
The 12cm CDs or DVDs are pressed from
a glass master and have full colour offset litho
printing directly onto the disc surface for the best
possible quality. The discs are then inserted into
the wallets and the opening in
the wallet can either be at the side or at the top
depending on the orientation of your artwork.

The above unit
prices include cost of the CD/DVD discs with full
colour printing, the printed card wallets and the courier delivery
fees to a single UK address. Please contact

* Please
note that for quantities of less than 500 discs and
wallets, the wallets are digitally printed (rather
than litho printed) and the discs are laser printed
CD-R or DVD-R discs. The gloss or silk finish options
are not available for the wallets, but the wallets
do come with a semi-gloss finish from print process and
the type of card used. For
quantities of less than 500 discs, we can also print
onto recycled stock card for an additional fee of 5p
per wallet.
Production and delivery times are
typically 10-12 working days from receipt of the contents
and artwork for quantities of 500 or more, or 5-6 working
days from receipt of the contents
and artwork for quantities of less than 500 discs.
The finished wallets measure 124 x
