We are able to arrange the production of custom DVD box set manufacture cases to hold multiple DVD cases from 3 discs upwards. The image below shows a custom 8 DVD box set produced for a client with a gloss laminate:

These boxes can be printed full colour and can be supplied with matt or gloss laminates. They are made from a 500 micron folding boxboard with a white back. The boxes have an open front to allow the DVD box spine artwork to be visible and to allow the easy removal of individual discs. The rear of the box is enclosed.

Due to the custom nature of the box sets, the minimum order quantities are for 250 boxes and the prices quickly reduce for larger quantities.

Proofs (if required) cost £189+VAT for 2 colour proofs or £259+VAT for full colour proofs to cover the cost of the printing plates and cutting forme. Please note that gloss or matt laminates cannot be applied to proofs.

The boxes are supplied flat packed for easy construction without any gluing required. Prices include delivery fees to a single UK address. Please contact us to request a sample or for further information.
