Packaging Options |

We have seven main packaging options
for our 12cm CDs and DVDs. As standard
(and included within the prices of the discs) we supply
clear plastic wallets (2 - see below). These can be
substituted free of charge for the sticky foam studs
(5) for mounting the discs onto a brochure for example.
Alternatively we have the paid options of the slimline
jewel cases (1), clear plastic studs (6), coloured
DVD cases (7), C-Shell soft plastic cases (3) or printed
cardboard wallets (4). Please see the descriptions
and images below for further details.
| DVD cases |
| These standard
size DVD cases are available in twelve
colours of green, light blue, dark blue,
pink, purple, red, yellow, orange, black,
dark grey, white and clear. There is an
outer plastic cover for inserting cover
artwork into and there are clips on
the inside for holding booklets. |

| Clear sticky plastic
studs |
The clear plastic
studs are suitable for mounting onto brochures
or flyers. The central mount is a single
piece of soft plastic and so is not prone
to damage like standard CD 'spiders'. |

| Sticky foam studs |
| The foam studs
are available as a no-cost option to the
clear plastic wallets. The studs are made
from a white foam and have an adhesive
backing to enable mounting the CDs on nearly
any solid object. |

| Slimline jewel
cases |
| Space-saving
CD cases which are only about half the
height of a standard CD case. A front
printed insert be placed in the
clear front cover if required, but the
back of the case is your choice of either
plain black or clear. These cases can
be used for any size of CD or DVD. |

| Printed cardboard
wallets |
| These full
colour offset litho printed cardboard wallets
with gloss lamination are available for
disc orders of 500 discs or more. They
can be either top or side opening and
can also be supplied with clear wafer seals
to keep the discs in place. |

| Clear plastic wallets |
| These wallets
are supplied as standard with all of our
12cm CD or DVD orders. They are made from
a soft plastic and have an opening at the
top, with a flap that tucks inside to keep
the disc in place. They are light, will
help protect the disc from scratches and
allow the disc artwork to clearly show
through. |

| C-Shell clear disc
case |
| A clear,
soft plastic case that allows the disc
artwork to show through. It is not possible
to add inserts or booklets to this type
of case, but the C-Shell cases are a
popular way of handing out CD or DVD
discs in a hard protective case that
takes up the minimum of space. |

Please note that the prices include
the insertion of the CDs or DVDs into either
the clear plastic wallets or the cases
if we are burning the contents onto the discs for you.
If we are just printing the discs and supplying them
ready for you to burn then the wallets or jewel
cases will be supplied separately within the order.
The prices quoted above also include
any additional postage fees due to the weight of the
packaging.
